Problem With Aireloom King Side Mattress

In September 2010 I purchase an Aireloom King Side mattress. The cost is $3,000.
The impression in the mattress three weeks after I purchase is 3 inches.
The mattress have been inspected 2 time and Sit and Sleep will not replace the mattress.
I am up set with the customer service, I am sleeping in a mattress that don't support a 5.11" 187 lbs man.

You will need to read your mattress warranty and replacement policies, and then if you are not getting the help you need from customer service, I recommend that you contact the management or owner of the store you purchased your Aireloom King Side mattress.
