Hello, my name is Mark Bell and I am the Director of Customer Service at Metro Mattress. I came across your review online, and was hoping to add to your assessment so that consumers had a better understanding of our company.
Metro Mattress carries more than 13 Top National Brands and collections and does indeed have hundreds of different bedding options. Not only can customers choose from more than 40 styles in many different sizes, but they can create their own sleep environment with additional products used in conjunction with the mattress models such as Adjustable Bases, Store Foundations, etc.
Additionally, Metro Mattress is one of the few mattress retailers to carry a perfect A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. As is the case with any business, customers can put anything they want onto the internet. It’s unfortunate to see, but frankly, we have found some of the complaints to be completely fabricated. Sometimes competitors, etc. will post slanderous remarks online in an effort to dissuade customers from considering a business. As you will see from our track record with the Better Business Bureau, Metro Mattress is a company that is dedicated to addressing EVERY issue arising with our customers. Additionally, considering the fact that we perform more than 30,000 deliveries each year, the number of legitimate complaints that need our attention are a minute fraction.
Metro Mattress does agree with your sentiment that a customer should always do their own research when dealing with any purchase. Hopefully however, some of these facts can clarify the customer experience at Metro Mattress.
