Defective Serta Mattress

I have had the worst experience with Serta and the purchase of a queen mattress. Mattress started to sink in the middle 4 months into purchase. 2 inspections later sag sink stated by inspector at 1 1/4 inch, needs to be 1 1/2. Mattress has sat in bedroom unused x 8 months now as causes hip back pain. What a waste of money. Never again. Numerous calls needed. Serta has been very disappointing to work with. Complete waste of money. Inspectors know exactly what to measure for and what to document to avoid full-filling the poor quality workmanship.

Have just received my third Serta Mattress set replacing defective set first purchased in Dec.2011 from Mattress Warehouse. Four days later showing indentations on both sides. Serta customer service says warranty is honored because mattress has been replaced and they don't care this is my third set. Mattress Warehouse is a terrible company to deal with on complaints. They are very pleasant on original purchase. They offer to replace but is must be same mattress or store credit or nearly $400. less than purchase price. My opinion do not buy from Mattress Warehouse and do not purchase a Serta Mattress from anywhere.
